Frustrating process
I was really let down by how long it took to get a match. I expected faster service, but I spent more time waiting than actually working with a freelancer. I won’t recommend this.

Signed up thinking it would be a breeze to find great freelancers. Had a couple of good interviews but most ended up being a waste. Not happy with the overall quality.

Toptal has a lot of hype, but honestly, I wasn’t blown away. My first hire was decent, but my second choice ghosted me, which was really frustrating. I contacted support, but the response was slow. I’m still on the fence.

I faced numerous issues with Toptal’s support and the freelancer I hired took ages to understand the brief. Honestly, it felt more like guesswork than a professional hiring process. Really disappointing experience overall.
