I really wanted to love Toptal, but I ran into a few issues. The support team was not quick to respond when I had questions. Plus, the candidates I got were not ideal, and it took longer than expected.

The first few candidates I found were fantastic, and I really appreciated the vetting process. However, I tried to get a second project done, and it was like pulling teeth. My next freelancer turned out to be unreliable and missed deadlines. Disappointed.
