Could be better
I had a few ups and downs with the freelancers I hired. Some were excellent, while others fell short. It’s a hit or miss type of service.

Mixed Experience
I found some great talent on Toptal, but the vetting process took way longer than expected. It felt like I was stuck in limbo for weeks. Some freelancers were top-notch, while others were mediocre.

Alright experience
Toptal has its merits, but I had a clear misalignment with a freelancer I hired. It felt like they weren’t fully qualified, even after vetting. The support team was helpful in resolving issues, but I had to chase them a bit.

Okay experience
The concept of Toptal is great, but my last project didn’t go as smoothly as I hoped. There were some delays, and I had to step in more than I wanted. Not sure if I'd use them again.

Decent platform but lacks options
