Disappointed with the experience
I had high hopes for Toptal, but the freelancer I got was not as skilled as promised. Took longer than expected and I ended up spending more time fixing their work. Definitely not what I was looking for.

Mixed feelings
The first few candidates I found were fantastic, and I really appreciated the vetting process. However, I tried to get a second project done, and it was like pulling teeth. My next freelancer turned out to be unreliable and missed deadlines. Disappointed.

Good service, minor issues

Underwhelmed
I signed up thinking I'd get access to elite talent, but the experience was rocky from the start. My first freelancer didn’t meet my expectations and then I had to go through the hassle of getting a refund. The whole rating scheme seems flawed too.

Hoping for better results
Toptal has a lot of hype, but honestly, I wasn’t blown away. My first hire was decent, but my second choice ghosted me, which was really frustrating. I contacted support, but the response was slow. I’m still on the fence.

Solid talent but slow process
