Good but some issues
Had a few issues with customer service when I called to track a shipment. They were helpful eventually, but it took a while to get through. The packages were delivered on time, though.

Not Bad, Not Great
Utilized TNT for a few parcels, got some there with no issues. But one package was mishandled. Though they did compensate eventually.

Disappointed with delivery times
I used TNT for a business shipment and it was late by three days. Customer service was not helpful when I called to ask about it. I won't be using them again.

Mostly Good Service!
I’ve sent multiple packages with TNT and I can say their tracking is pretty decent. The only downside was a delay once, but they resolved it quickly.

Could be better
The whole process felt a little cumbersome. I had a shipment go through TNT that took longer than anticipated, and the tracking was confusing at times. In the end, my package did arrive intact, but I was left feeling a bit frustrated.

Couldn’t be happier!
Shipped a fragile item and it arrived perfectly. TNT really took care of it. Their packaging suggestions were spot on, and I’m so glad I followed them.
