I had a package delivered through TNT recently and while it got to me without damage, the whole process felt a bit off. The delivery took longer than I expected, and I wasn’t really impressed by their customer service when I called about it. I guess they’re okay, but I might try another company next time.

I’ve had good and bad experiences with TNT. The last package arrived on time but the tracking updates were terrible. I guess it's hit or miss.

Yeah, it’s not perfect but it gets the job done. Some delays but I guess that’s normal for logistics. Could improve on communication.
