Disappointed this time
I had a package delayed for two days with no updates. I called support, and they seemed overwhelmed. It’s the second time it has happened, and I'm frustrated.

Service has been uneven. Packages get delivered but they take longer than quoted. Support can be hit or miss.

I expected more from TNT. My last shipment was fine but they could improve their communication when there are delays. It's like pulling teeth to get info.

I sent a package using TNT and it got lost somewhere along the route. No response from support for days, and when I finally reached someone, they seemed uninterested in helping. This was really frustrating since it contained important documents. I won't use them again.
