Disappointed this time

I had a package delayed for two days with no updates. I called support, and they seemed overwhelmed. It’s the second time it has happened, and I'm frustrated.

Frustrating Experience

Falling short on expectations

Service has been uneven. Packages get delivered but they take longer than quoted. Support can be hit or miss.

Disappointing Service

I had issues with customs clearance. Their team didn't respond quickly enough to resolve it. I’m not likely to use them again.

Could be better

Poor Service

Really Disappointed

Not what I expected

Disappointed with the service

I sent a package using TNT and it got lost somewhere along the route. No response from support for days, and when I finally reached someone, they seemed uninterested in helping. This was really frustrating since it contained important documents. I won't use them again.

Bad Experience with Support

I had a really frustrating experience with TNT. My shipment was delayed, and when I contacted support, they just passed me around between departments. Finally got my package, but it was very stressful. They need to improve their customer service!

Disappointed with delivery times
