Decent but Room for Improvement
The delivery was fine and on time, but customer support could use some training. They didn't answer my queries clearly. Overall, mixed feelings.

Service needs improvement
Honestly, I expected more from them. Had issues with my last delivery, it was supposed to be here in two days, but it took a week! And customer service was not very helpful.

Good but some issues
Had a few issues with customer service when I called to track a shipment. They were helpful eventually, but it took a while to get through. The packages were delivered on time, though.

Not Bad, Not Great
Utilized TNT for a few parcels, got some there with no issues. But one package was mishandled. Though they did compensate eventually.

Could be better
The whole process felt a little cumbersome. I had a shipment go through TNT that took longer than anticipated, and the tracking was confusing at times. In the end, my package did arrive intact, but I was left feeling a bit frustrated.
