Shipping with TNT was a good experience but their online tracking was inconsistent. I couldn’t see where my package was for a whole day which made me nervous. They should really fix that.

I sent a package using TNT and it got lost somewhere along the route. No response from support for days, and when I finally reached someone, they seemed uninterested in helping. This was really frustrating since it contained important documents. I won't use them again.

Absolutely terrible! I booked a delivery for an urgent package and they missed the deadline by two days. No apologies or explanations from them. Just awful!
