Ok but not great

Delivery was a bit slow but I finally got my pillows after 10 days. They are comfortable yet not what I expected for the price I paid. I did manage to get them on sale, but still, there's a slight odor that won't come out. Overall, I’m semi-satisfied but wouldn’t recommend them.

Disappointing Experience

I received my order late, and it was missing a pillowcase! I had to follow up multiple times before they finally shipped the missing part. Too much hassle for what I paid!

Disappointed with customer service

I had a problem with my order and trying to reach customer service was a nightmare. Waited on hold for ages and when I finally got someone, they weren't very helpful. Not what I expected.

Not Worth It

Customer service was slow to help with my order. The sheets I got are scratchy and feel cheap. I expected way better for the money.

Horrible Shopping Experience

I ordered curtains, but I received the wrong color. Plus, customer service hasn’t helped me resolve the issue it’s frustrating!
