Terrible Quality!
I ordered a duvet cover that fell apart after one wash. The fabric is so thin, it’s like it’ll tear at any moment. I’m really disappointed, especially for the price!

I ordered a duvet cover, and it took forever to get here. When it finally arrived, it was the wrong size and completely mismatched from what was advertised. I thought I was getting high-quality fabric, but it felt like something you’d buy at a discount store. I tried to return it, but customer service was a nightmare, and they ignored my emails. Honestly, this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had.

I ordered a set of towels, and they were supposed to be soft and absorbent. What I got were stiff, scratchy ones that feel cheap. Also, trying to get help was like pulling teeth; long wait times!

I purchased a set of bed sheets that claimed to be luxury quality. They arrived crumpled with loose threads hanging out. I tried washing them to see if they would soften, but they just ended up looking worse. I called customer service and ended up being on hold for more than 30 minutes before giving up. Definitely not worth the money I paid. Will not buy again.

I ordered a comforter set two weeks ago, and it was supposed to arrive within 5-7 business days. When it finally came, the wrong color was sent, and the quality was not what I expected for the price. The customer service was absolutely unhelpful, took ages to even respond to my emails, and now I’m stuck with something I can’t use. Totally disappointed and won’t be shopping here again!

I bought a set of towels which were supposed to be ultra-soft and absorbent. Upon first use, they felt rough and didn’t dry me off at all. I tried reaching out to customer service about getting a refund but waited over a week without any response. Really disappointing, as I had high hopes for The Company Store.
