Good quality but missing a star

I got some towels that are super absorbent and fluffy. The only downside is I expected them to be a bit bigger. Still, I’d recommend them!

Good Quality but Slow Shipping

I ordered some cotton sheets and they feel great! However, the delivery took longer than expected, more than two weeks. I wish they would improve on that.

Okay, but not my favorite

I received some kitchen linens and they’re fine. The design is cute, but I feel the fabric could be thicker. Just okay for the price I paid.

Decent but not what I expected

I ordered some sheets from The Company Store. They look nice, but when I first washed them, they wrinkled pretty badly. Not totally happy, but they feel good.

Good quality, but delivery issues

I really liked the sheets I bought, soft and cozy. The only issue was the delivery took longer than expected, almost two weeks. Otherwise, I'm quite happy with my purchase.

Decent, but not amazing

I was excited to try them out after hearing good things. The sheets are nice, but they didn't feel as soft as I'd hoped. Plus, customer service was a bit unresponsive when I had questions. It’s okay, but I expected more for the price. 3 stars.

Terrible Quality!

I ordered a duvet cover that fell apart after one wash. The fabric is so thin, it’s like it’ll tear at any moment. I’m really disappointed, especially for the price!

Complete Waste of Time

I ordered a duvet cover, and it took forever to get here. When it finally arrived, it was the wrong size and completely mismatched from what was advertised. I thought I was getting high-quality fabric, but it felt like something you’d buy at a discount store. I tried to return it, but customer service was a nightmare, and they ignored my emails. Honestly, this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had.

Not bad, worth the buy

I bought a duvet cover and it came in just a few days. It looks great and the color was spot on. I just have to remember to wash it gently.

Good selection but slow shipping

Ok but not great

Delivery was a bit slow but I finally got my pillows after 10 days. They are comfortable yet not what I expected for the price I paid. I did manage to get them on sale, but still, there's a slight odor that won't come out. Overall, I’m semi-satisfied but wouldn’t recommend them.

Satisfied with my purchase!

Disappointing Experience

I received my order late, and it was missing a pillowcase! I had to follow up multiple times before they finally shipped the missing part. Too much hassle for what I paid!

Complete Disaster

Extremely Frustrating

I ordered a set of towels, and they were supposed to be soft and absorbent. What I got were stiff, scratchy ones that feel cheap. Also, trying to get help was like pulling teeth; long wait times!
