Decent but Not Perfect
The comforter I got is soft and looks nice. But I expected better stitching quality for the price. Overall, it’s okay but probably wouldn’t buy again.

Good Quality, Shipping Issues

Horrible Shopping Experience

Nice products but mixed feelings
I bought a comforter and a few throws. They look great but I was a bit let down by the colors not matching what I saw online. They felt more faded in person than I’d hoped.

Terrible Quality Towels
I bought a set of towels which were supposed to be ultra-soft and absorbent. Upon first use, they felt rough and didn’t dry me off at all. I tried reaching out to customer service about getting a refund but waited over a week without any response. Really disappointing, as I had high hopes for The Company Store.

Terrible Quality Control
My last two orders had defects, and their refund process is a nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone who wants decent quality products.

Just Okay, Could Use Improvement
The duvet cover I ordered is pretty but hard to manage in terms of washing. Overall, not what I expected for the price.

Best quality bedding I've ever had!
I'm so impressed with the duvet cover and sheets I ordered! The fabric feels amazing and looks fantastic. My bedroom has never looked better. Definitely worth the price!

Mixed feelings about the experience.
The rug I got is beautiful and soft, but it did have a weird smell at first. I had to air it out for a couple of days. Otherwise, quality is decent and looks great in my living room.

Pleasantly surprised

Solid for home items
I got a lovely throw blanket, it’s warm and cozy. I really like the colors they offer. Just wish there were more sales or discounts!
