I've been using tastytrade for a few months now, and it’s been kind of an up and down experience. The interface is decent but sometimes the app lags, especially when I'm trying to make trades during peak hours. Customer support is okay got my questions answered but it took a while to connect.

I find tastytrade to be so-so. Trading fees aren’t too bad, but their app has been glitchy at times. It's nice that they have great educational content, but execution speed could use improvement. Overall, not really sure if I’ll stick around long term.

Signed up hoping for a smooth experience, but my account got flagged for no reason. Getting a response from support took ages, and I still can't access my funds. Feels like a scam.

Honestly, I expected more after hearing the hype. It’s just okay. Support is slow, and I had a hard time navigating the site. Need to work on a lot of areas.

The platform has potential, but the execution is awful. I tried trading options and half the time it wouldn’t let me place orders. Very frustrating, and their customer service didn’t help much either.

Switched to tastytrade last year and I'm enjoying it. Good insights on markets and decent commissions. Just had a small hiccup with the withdrawal process, took longer than usual.

Tastytrade has some neat features like options trading but there are definitely smoother platforms out there. I’m still figuring things out and it’s taking time.

Tastytrade has good resources for educating novice traders, but my experience has been mixed. The platform sometimes has bugs during trading hours which can get frustrating. I've also encountered some long wait times when trying to get in touch with support. Overall, it's a decent service but definitely room for improvement.

I wanted to start using tastytrade, but the KYC process was confusing and took forever. I submitted my documents but had to wait more than a week to get approval. It shouldn't be this complicated to start trading! Plus, I had some trouble navigating the app, and the support was not helpful when I reached out. I’m not impressed.

I found myself really frustrated with customer service. They didn’t get back to me in a timely manner. It’s essential for a finance company to be responsive.
