Honestly, I was expecting more from such a big bank. My money transfer took too long to complete and their support didn’t respond in a timely manner to my inquiry. Overall, it felt like they didn’t care much about my concerns.

Opened my account last year and have been using it without issues. The customer support is generally helpful. Just had a minor problem with my debit card, it took longer than I expected to get it replaced. But nothing major!

I recently switched to Wells Fargo and expected a better experience. The first time I tried to withdraw cash, I got hit with an unexpected fee. Their online system can be tricky too, it made me double-check everything just to be sure. Overall, disappointing for a big bank.
