Honestly, I was expecting more from such a big bank. My money transfer took too long to complete and their support didn’t respond in a timely manner to my inquiry. Overall, it felt like they didn’t care much about my concerns.

I've been with Wells Fargo for a couple of years, and while the account features are solid, there was a time when my debit card was blocked without notice. It was frustrating to sort out, but the reps were helpful once I got in touch.

Good online services, but I had some trouble with the app crashing. They fixed it eventually, but it was annoying at the time.

Had a bad experience when I needed urgent help. I called customer service and had to wait for ages. Then, they didn’t solve the issue right away which really annoyed me. I hope it’s just a one-off.

Overall, okay bank but the wait times for customer service can be frustrating. I've also had some issues with overdraft fees.
