I tried to withdraw my money, but it just got stuck in limbo. Customer support never replies, it’s been days. Totally unacceptable.

It does the basics, but the entire experience feels clunky. I had a bad experience with a withdrawal that took days. Not worth the hassle.

I opened an account a month ago, had issues with the platform crashing constantly. Customer service is a joke, they don’t help at all. Can’t believe I wasted my time with these guys.

I wanted to start using tastytrade, but the KYC process was confusing and took forever. I submitted my documents but had to wait more than a week to get approval. It shouldn't be this complicated to start trading! Plus, I had some trouble navigating the app, and the support was not helpful when I reached out. I’m not impressed.
