Terrible Experience with Delivery
I ordered a mocha and a breakfast sandwich, but they only brought half my order. When I called to complain, customer service was unhelpful and rude. Never using this service again!

Ordered a couple of drinks and treats. They came in about 30 mins. Everything was fresh and hot, just wish it wasn’t so expensive, especially for delivery.

I had the worst experience trying to get my morning coffee delivered. First, the app kept crashing while I was placing my order, then when I finally got it through, the delivery took over an hour! The barista who made my drink messed it up too. I ordered a mocha, but it tasted like plain chocolate milk. When I reached out for help, the response was slow and unhelpful. It’s frustrating because I wanted to start my day right but ended up feeling annoyed and stressed.

I had a terrible experience. My drink was spilled during delivery and they didn't offer any resolution. Disappointed, Starbucks should do better.

The delivery was on time, which is great, but my sandwich was squished and the coffee wasn’t as hot as I like. It was decent, but I’ve had better experiences.

I ordered my usual iced latte and it arrived right on time. The only thing that threw me off was that they forgot the extra shot I asked for. Still, tasty as always!

I decided to try Starbucks delivery, thinking it would save me time. Unfortunately, my order was late and I was left waiting for over an hour. When it finally arrived, my sandwich was missing ingredients and it was cold. I'm really dissatisfied with how this went.

My last order took a bit longer than expected, but at least the coffee was freshly made. The barista got the drink right, which is a plus. I just wish they could speed up the delivery process.

I was really looking forward to my iced caramel macchiato, but it arrived lukewarm and missing the caramel drizzle. Not sure what happened but this isn’t what I expect from Starbucks.

I can't believe how often my orders are wrong. Last week, I ordered a mocha with oat milk and they sent me regular milk. The whole point was to enjoy my drink without the discomfort. Really disappointed, I thought I could trust Starbucks.

My most recent order from Starbucks was a catastrophe. I ordered a venti iced coffee and an almond croissant, but the coffee was completely wrong, and they sent me a frappuccino instead. The croissant was old and hard. I asked for a refund, but their support just ignored me after my initial complaint. What a letdown.
