Consistency matters
Starbucks usually delivers great drinks, but lately I’ve been let down. My last three orders had issues missing items or wrong drinks. I need them to step up.

Mixed feelings
The food was decent but not what I expected. My sandwich was a bit cold. The delivery guy was nice though, so that helped ease my disappointment.

I appreciate the convenience, but my last order had a couple of errors. They sent the wrong sandwich, though the drinks were perfect.

Mediocre experience
Honestly, I’ve had better experiences. The coffee was cold when it got here, and they forgot my muffin. Not sure if I’ll use delivery again.

Just okay
I was excited for a cozy drink, but the delivery was late, and my frappuccino was just not blended right. Might stick to in-store visits for now.

Not bad, but could be better
The delivery was on time, which is great, but my sandwich was squished and the coffee wasn’t as hot as I like. It was decent, but I’ve had better experiences.
