Awful Delivery Experience
I ordered two lattes and a sandwich, but my order was wrong. The delivery took forever and they forgot my breakfast sandwich. What a disappointment!

Incomplete Delivery
I had ordered two drinks and a pastry but they only delivered one drink. I tried contacting the support and they just apologized but offered no solution. Really shouldn’t happen with such a big brand.

Late Deliveries
Each time I've ordered, it's been frustrating. Just the other day I waited an hour for my order, which was supposed to be quick. I get that they can be busy, but this is getting ridiculous. I've noticed the delivery times are just not consistent with what they advertise.

Stale Pastry
Got a chocolate croissant that tasted like it was a day old. Super disappointing! I won't be ordering food from them again. Coffee was fine, though.

Ordered the wrong drink
I ordered a caramel frappuccino, but got a plain iced coffee instead. Super upset because I was really looking forward to it. I’ve never had this issue at the store, just seems like delivery is a whole different game.

Consistent quality

Almost perfect!
