Good Experience Overall
I flew with Southwest from Dallas to Las Vegas last month. The flight was smooth, and the crew was friendly. The only downside was a slight delay at boarding, but overall I was satisfied.

Decent service overall
Southwest is pretty reliable. I mostly like their no baggage fees policy, but one time I had to wait a bit longer for customer service to respond. Still, overall I’m satisfied.

Good flights but a few hiccups
I really enjoy flying with Southwest. They have a fun atmosphere, but my last flight was delayed by an hour. It was okay, I was just glad they gave me a drink voucher!
