Not impressed

Three stars for decent prices but the delays are getting ridiculous. I've dealt with worse but come on, get it together.

It's okay

The overall experience was okay, just average. Flights got delayed but it wasn't the worst thing ever. I guess you get what you pay for.

Mixed Feelings

Flew back home and while the flight left on time, the crew wasn’t very friendly. I felt a little rushed and it took a while to get our bags.

Mixed feelings this time

My recent experience wasn't the best. Flight was fine, but the boarding process felt chaotic. I get that everyone rushes, but a little orderly wouldn’t hurt.

Mixed feelings about my last flight

I recently flew with Southwest and honestly, I have mixed feelings. The flight itself was okay, but we were delayed for over an hour, and nobody really gave us updates. It was frustrating sitting there without knowing what was going on. The staff was friendly when we finally took off, though. I just expected better communication.

Decent but Needs Improvement

I booked a round trip to New Orleans and the first leg was fine, but the return trip was overbooked. We ended up being late and it was a bit chaotic. Not my best experience.
