Mixed Feelings
I like the aesthetic of Shopbop but honestly, some items didn't match the description. The fit was off on a couple of tops I tried. Overall, I’m undecided if I’ll order again.

Just Okay

Decent but needs improvement
Some items are great, but a few I received were damaged. Packaging wasn't too secure. I like their collection overall, just hope they can fix these issues.

Nice items, but high prices
I love some of the pieces, but they really need to work on pricing. It feels like a luxury store without the luxury quality. Sales help a bit but it's still pricey.

Not as expected

Okay Service
The clothes are nice but kinda pricey for what you get. I had an issue with my order and their customer service took longer to respond than I expected. Not the best experience.

Not great, not terrible
Shopbop has some nice items but the delivery was really slow. My order took over a week to arrive, and the tracking was inaccurate. I expected better for the price.

Not thrilled with my last purchase
