Enjoyed the products!
I had a nice experience with my last Sephora order. The makeup I bought is fantastic, and the samples were a nice touch. Just a little frustrated with some delayed responses from support.

Good but Some Delivery Issues

Almost perfect!
Sephora is fantastic, I find everything I need. But once, my order took longer than expected to arrive. Otherwise, I'm really pleased with my shopping experience!

Mostly good, but not perfect
Sephora has a vast selection! I love finding new brands. However, my last order had a wrong item. Customer service helped me but the process was a bit annoying. I want it to be flawless next time.

Reliable but Room for Improvement
Sephora has some fantastic products, but my last order didn’t go as planned. The item was out of stock but not shown online. It was frustrating to find out only after I paid. They offered me a refund quickly, but still left me a bit annoyed.

Great but shipping was slow

Good but needs improvement

Nice products, but some delivery delays
Ordered some makeup products last week, and I have to say, the site is super user-friendly, and the variety is amazing. However, my shipment took a week longer than I expected. The tracking updates were not very informative, which was a bit annoying, but once it arrived the products were fantastic, as usual.

Great selection, minor issues

Quality products and great service
I've been a loyal Sephora customer for years. This time, I bought a few luxury brands that I couldn’t find in local stores.
