Just got my makeup order and I’m really happy with the selection and quality! Prices are reasonable too. However, I wish they'd offer free shipping on smaller orders. Still, I will order again!

Great variety of products

Mostly good, but not perfect
Sephora has a vast selection! I love finding new brands. However, my last order had a wrong item. Customer service helped me but the process was a bit annoying. I want it to be flawless next time.

Decent but could be better
Sephora has a lot of good stuff, but there were a few items out of stock. I was a bit disappointed. Also, customer service wasn’t very responsive. Not a bad experience overall, but could improve.

Great but shipping was slow
