Decent, but some hiccups

I had a mixed experience. My order took a week to arrive instead of the expected three days. Plus, one item was missing, which was frustrating. Customer service was helpful in resolving it, but it did take longer than I hoped.

Decent but could be better

Sephora has a lot of good stuff, but there were a few items out of stock. I was a bit disappointed. Also, customer service wasn’t very responsive. Not a bad experience overall, but could improve.

Average Experience

I ordered a couple of products, and while they arrived on time, the package was damaged. The lip gloss I wanted was just rattling around. Customer support was polite but didn’t do much to help with my concerns.

Not what I expected

Mixed Feelings

I like the variety of products available at Sephora. However, my last order included an item that was damaged during shipping. They did send a replacement quickly after I complained, but the hassle was annoying.

Mixed feelings about my last order

I usually love Sephora, but my last purchase was a bit disappointing. My order was delayed, and I never got any updates on it. When it finally arrived, one of the items was damaged. Their packaging could have been better for fragile items. Nonetheless, they handled my complaint pretty well, and I got my money back for the damaged product.

Love their loyalty program!

I've really enjoyed my experiences with Sephora. Each time I shop, I rack up points, which makes me feel rewarded for my purchases. Although one order had a minor hiccup with tracking, the quality of their makeup and skincare is always on point. Happy to keep shopping here!
