I've been a loyal Sephora customer for years. This time, I bought a few luxury brands that I couldn’t find in local stores. The order came within four days, although I was expecting it to be a bit quicker. Customer support was really helpful when I had questions about my order, which I appreciated. Overall, a good experience but a bit of a wait.

Ordered a foundation and some lipstick but got the wrong shade in the lipstick. The shipping was super fast, but then I had to deal with returns, which was a hassle. I sent an email to customer service, and while they responded quickly, it took too long to sort out the mistake.

I’m really impressed with Sephora! I got my order in record time and everything was in perfect condition. The samples they added made my day! I love how they constantly keep you updated on order status.

I usually love Sephora, but my last purchase was a bit disappointing. My order was delayed, and I never got any updates on it. When it finally arrived, one of the items was damaged. Their packaging could have been better for fragile items. Nonetheless, they handled my complaint pretty well, and I got my money back for the damaged product.

Spent quite a bit and the delivery took longer than expected. The tracking didn’t help much. Once I got everything, I was happy with the stuff but the delays didn’t win me over.

I've recently discovered Sephora and I'm in love! Their selection of skincare is incredible. I bought a moisturizer that really changed my skin. The checkout process was smooth, and I got my package in two days. Everything was packaged nicely and the samples included were a nice touch. Definitely worth it!
