Mixed feelings on my trip
The hotel in Cancun was great, but the transfers were a mess. I had to call support to figure it out. Never had that with other services.

Used Secret Escapes for a weekend trip. The hotel was nice, but the check-in process was a mess. It took forever and they didn't even have my booking right.

I booked a resort and it was decent. Food was good but the service lagged behind. A little underwhelming for the price.
