Mixed feelings on my trip

Nice trips but a bit clunky
Used Secret Escapes for my last vacation to Barcelona, got a solid deal for a 5-star hotel. The booking process was a bit confusing at times, and I ended up clicking the wrong option at one point. Wish the site was a bit more user-friendly. But hey, at least I saved money!

Great deals but customer service can improve
I found some amazing deals on Secret Escapes for a weekend getaway in Rome. The price was fantastic and the hotel was really nice. However, when I had a question about my booking, it took ages to get a response from the support team. Still a good experience overall, just hope they can fix the communication issues.
