I mostly like using Santander for my savings account. The interest rates are decent, but I had some trouble getting in touch with customer support one time. Not a huge deal, but it made me a bit uneasy. Still, I’ll stick around.

They are pretty reliable, and I’ve had no major issues. I just wish the mobile app had more features. It does the job, but I hope they roll out some updates soon. All in all, it's a decent bank.

I've been a Santander customer for about a year now, and overall, I'm pretty happy. Their app is user-friendly and makes banking so easy. Recently, I had a small issue with a transfer taking longer than expected. I called customer service and they sorted it out quickly, but I wish it hadn't happened in the first place. Otherwise, no complaints!
