Disappointed with hidden fees
I thought I found a good deal, but then they added all these extra fees. After adding everything up, it was way more than I budgeted for. Not happy at all.

Too many fake listings
I found so many places listed that were not even available. I called some landlords, and they hadn't been listed there for months. Just a waste of my time scrolling through all that.

Didn’t work for me
The app kept crashing. Couldn't even see most of the listings.

Disappointed with the service
I contacted customer support for help with my listing, but they were pretty unresponsive. It took way too long to get any answers, and I eventually gave up. Not impressed.

Not user-friendly
It’s hard to navigate through the listings. Took me ages to find what I wanted. Kept getting error messages. Really frustrating experience.

Could be better
Say what you want, but I found the support team pretty unhelpful when I had questions. The website is alright, but it really needs some improvements.

It Was Fine
Nothing special, but it worked for my search. I found a couple of apartments that seemed nice, but they took a while to respond. It’s a decent option if you don’t mind waiting a bit.

Could Be Better
I tried using Rent.com to find a roommate, and while I got some responses, many were fake. The verification process seemed super light. I think they need to do a better job screening users.

Too many issues to overlook
Honestly, I was disappointed. The search function is buggy and I had to deal with false listings. Didn't expect that from a rental site.

Frustrating interface
The search options are confusing, and I couldn't filter properly. I found some decent places but kept running into issues with outdated info. It could definitely improve.

Average at best
I was hoping for better results. Some listings were nice, but I also came across quite a few that were totally misleading. They really need to step it up.

Not impressed
Tried Rent.com and was underwhelmed. The listings were often outdated and it felt like a waste of time scrolling through them. I expected better honestly.

It’s Okay, I Guess
Found a few good listings, but it was hard to navigate. Once I sent messages to landlords, a bunch of them never replied, which was annoying. I think with a few updates it could be much better.

Disappointed with the service
I was really looking forward to finding a new place, but the customer service was just not helpful. They took ages to respond to my questions and sent me listings that didn’t fit my criteria at all.

Not what I expected

Looks good but lacks updates
I thought Rent.com would help me find my next apartment, but honestly it has a lot of room for improvement. Many listings were either outdated or simply not available anymore. I did manage to tour a couple of places, but I feel like I spent more time dealing with bad information than actually finding a good spot.

Not reliable
I expected better considering the hype. It’s just not dependable for finding apartments. Need to look elsewhere if you want something that actually works.

Too Many Bugs
The app crashed on me multiple times when I was searching. It’s frustrating when I just want to check out new listings. I had to keep restarting my search, and it just killed my motivation. Really need to fix that!

Not Impressed
The interface is kinda confusing. I found a couple of listings, but they were either outdated or not as described. It feels like they don’t monitor their listings properly. Not worth my time.
