I signed up for Rent.com thinking I’d find a great place, but everything seemed broken. The filters to narrow my searches weren’t working properly, and I ended up getting a ton of irrelevant listings. Plus, the properties I was interested in had no accurate descriptions. Very misleading and frustrating.

This site really let me down. I applied to multiple places, and half of them were already taken. They should update their listings more frequently.

I had the worst experience with Rent.com. I found a listing that looked perfect, but when I contacted the landlord, they said it was already rented out weeks ago. I wasted so much time, and the support team just kept saying they would check into it but did nothing. I'm really frustrated with this service!

I had the worst experience with Rent.com. I paid for a premium listing and got nothing in return. The support was unhelpful and my calls never got answered.

I tried to rent an apartment but ended up wasting my time. The listing was outdated, and I was really frustrated when I found out the place was off the market. Completely unacceptable.

I really hated my experience. I had to deal with broken links and no one to help me when I needed it. Totally frustrated with Rent.com, I won’t use it again!

I tried to book a viewing through Rent.com and it was a disaster. The landlord never showed up after I confirmed twice. I called customer support, but they were just as unhelpful. I feel like the system just isn't reliable for serious apartment hunting. Just wasted my whole afternoon!

I was charged before I even found an apartment. Customer service was a nightmare, didn't help me get my money back. Never using this again.
