Disappointed with hidden fees
I thought I found a good deal, but then they added all these extra fees. After adding everything up, it was way more than I budgeted for. Not happy at all.

Decent listings but some hiccups
I appreciate the range of apartments, but the layout of the site could use some work. Also, had a couple of issues contacting landlords, it felt frustrating.

Too many fake listings
I found so many places listed that were not even available. I called some landlords, and they hadn't been listed there for months. Just a waste of my time scrolling through all that.

Meh, Not Great
The site was slow when I used it. I really wanted to see more options quickly, but pages were loading too long. I ended up getting frustrated and left. Might come back later if they fix the speed.

Major Disappointment
I signed up for Rent.com thinking I’d find a great place, but everything seemed broken. The filters to narrow my searches weren’t working properly, and I ended up getting a ton of irrelevant listings. Plus, the properties I was interested in had no accurate descriptions. Very misleading and frustrating.

Regret wasting my time
This site really let me down. I applied to multiple places, and half of them were already taken. They should update their listings more frequently.

Disappointed with the service
I contacted customer support for help with my listing, but they were pretty unresponsive. It took way too long to get any answers, and I eventually gave up. Not impressed.

Not user-friendly
It’s hard to navigate through the listings. Took me ages to find what I wanted. Kept getting error messages. Really frustrating experience.

Could be better

Average service, decent listings
I used Rent.com to find an apartment in LA. The site had some good listings but the filtering options were a bit clunky. Overall, it was okay, but I expected more ease of use.

Horrible Experience
I had the worst experience with Rent.com. I found a listing that looked perfect, but when I contacted the landlord, they said it was already rented out weeks ago. I wasted so much time, and the support team just kept saying they would check into it but did nothing. I'm really frustrated with this service!

Terrible experience, avoid!
I had the worst experience with Rent.com. I paid for a premium listing and got nothing in return. The support was unhelpful and my calls never got answered.

It Was Fine
Nothing special, but it worked for my search. I found a couple of apartments that seemed nice, but they took a while to respond. It’s a decent option if you don’t mind waiting a bit.

Mixed feelings
Found some decent listings but the site itself is a bit clunky. Navigating through properties wasn't the easiest. Could be better, but I did manage to find a place in the end.

Could Be Better
I tried using Rent.com to find a roommate, and while I got some responses, many were fake. The verification process seemed super light. I think they need to do a better job screening users.

Need Better Listings
I checked out Rent.com for a new place, and it wasn't terrible, but a lot of listings were either overpriced or just not appealing at all. Also, I found some listings that were marked as available but weren’t even on the market anymore.

Standard site, nothing special
Rent.com got me some results, but nothing amazing. The interface is kind of basic and you have to refresh a lot to see new stuff. Could use some upgrades.

Too many issues to overlook
Honestly, I was disappointed. The search function is buggy and I had to deal with false listings. Didn't expect that from a rental site.
