Solid gear, some issues
REI has a lot of solid gear, but not everything hits the mark. I had a problem with a camping stove not igniting. They took care of it, but it was a hassle. Overall, still a great place to shop.

Great selection, few glitches
REI has an excellent range of outdoor gear. I really love their products. However, I faced a little issue with the checkout process it lagged a bit and I had to refresh the page. Overall, still a solid shopping experience.

Good products, but not perfect
REI generally has great gear, but I had an issue with a pair of climbing shoes that didn’t fit right. They exchanged them for me which was nice, but I wish the return process was faster.
