Not what I expected
Bought a pair of climbing shoes but they didn't fit right. I had to return them, which took longer than I thought. Customer service was helpful but I just expected more efficiency.

Decent selection but...
I ordered a tent from REI and it arrived quickly. The selection is decent, but the product wasn't as described. It had a small tear. Customer service was helpful, but I expected better quality for the price.
