Great user experience overall
I've used other sites before, but PrimeLocation’s layout is really friendly. The map feature is awesome for checking nearby amenities. Will keep using it!

Decent but needs improvement

Mixed feelings about navigation
I found some great homes on PrimeLocation, but then realized some of the information on the site wasn’t accurate. The layout is a bit confusing too, especially when you're searching for specific features like pet-friendly places or gardens.

Decent Service
Had a decent experience with PrimeLocation. I found a couple of places I liked and got help from an agent. It took a while to get answers to my questions, though. Not terrible, but not the best either.

Disappointing overall
I thought PrimeLocation would help me find my dream home, but it was frustrating. Listings were outdated, and several properties weren’t available. Also, some agents didn’t respond at all, which is really unprofessional.

Solid platform for finding properties
The search options are pretty solid, and I found my current rental property through them. Happy with the results, just wish there were more rental options.

Not what I expected

Terrible experience!
I tried to book a flat for weeks. My inquiries kept getting ignored, then I found out the listing was already taken. What a waste of time!

Good site, minor hiccups
The interface is nice, and I managed to schedule several viewings easily. Just wish their customer support was quicker to respond, took me a couple of tries to get a hold of someone.

Okay, Could Be Better
PrimeLocation is alright for searching real estate, but sometimes I felt like some details were missing in listings. It's easy to operate, but there have been times where I felt lost during the process.

Not Great Quality Listings
Some properties looked great online, but when I visited, they were in poor condition. Sort of misleading. I'd give it another shot but I'm cautious now.

Decent but not perfect
I used PrimeLocation to find a rental for me and my roommate. The selection was good, but some views on properties were outdated. I managed to get a great spot, but I wish the updates were faster.
