Horrible experience
I lost a lot of time due to constant issues. The property I liked wasn’t available when I tried to book a viewing and I kept getting misleading info from support. I’m really upset about the whole situation.

Disappointing service

Completely Disappointed
I had the worst experience with PrimeLocation. The listing I saw was outdated, and the flat was already taken. Waste of time and money, won't use this site again!

Good experience overall
I used PrimeLocation to find my new flat. The search was easy and intuitive. I did have some trouble with the agent responding to my messages quickly, but in the end, I found a place I love.

Just Fine
I used PrimeLocation to look for rental apartments. The site is user-friendly, but my interactions with agents weren't great. Long wait times and sometimes confusing info. I got what I needed in the end, but it wasn't seamless.

Mixed Bag
PrimeLocation has some nice listings, but I feel like their customer support could use work. I called in for help with one property, and it took ages to get through. Eventually got my answers, but it was frustrating.

Mixed feelings about the platform

Helpful staff and good listings
I found my perfect flat through PrimeLocation. The staff were really supportive during my search, answering all my questions promptly. The only downside was the delay in receiving my paperwork, but they were apologetic about it. Overall a great experience!

Mostly good, but with some hiccups
I had a good time browsing listings, and found a nice flat. But I did have some issues with the site crashing while I was in the middle of checking details. Just a bit annoying.

Disappointing Experience
I had high hopes for PrimeLocation, but I was pretty disappointed. Found a flat I liked, but the agent was unresponsive and dragged their feet on everything. Took forever to get answers on my application. Not what I expected.

Best site for property hunting!

Not happy with the listings
Was really excited to use PrimeLocation, but a lot of the listings were outdated. I contacted an agent about a place and it was already off the market. Frustrating!

Mediocre but useful

Overall good experience
