Disappointing service
Had some trouble with erroneous listings. I booked a viewing for a place that wasn't even available anymore. Really frustrating experience overall.

Disappointing Experience
I had high hopes for PrimeLocation, but I was pretty disappointed. Found a flat I liked, but the agent was unresponsive and dragged their feet on everything. Took forever to get answers on my application. Not what I expected.

Not happy with the listings
Was really excited to use PrimeLocation, but a lot of the listings were outdated. I contacted an agent about a place and it was already off the market. Frustrating!

Disappointing overall
I thought PrimeLocation would help me find my dream home, but it was frustrating. Listings were outdated, and several properties weren’t available. Also, some agents didn’t respond at all, which is really unprofessional.

Not what I expected
Two of the properties I was interested in had misrepresented details. It felt like a waste of time checking them out. I expected better accuracy.

Not Great Quality Listings
Some properties looked great online, but when I visited, they were in poor condition. Sort of misleading. I'd give it another shot but I'm cautious now.

Disappointed with the service
Signed up to get alerts, but honestly? I barely received any. When I contacted support, they were slow to respond. Not what I expected from a real estate site.

Not satisfied at all
Found a place I liked, but the communication was terrible. Had to chase a lot for replies. I ended up missing out on a better property because no one bothered to update me.

Disappointed with service
My experience was less than pleasant. The website kept crashing when I tried to book a viewing and when I called customer service, they couldn’t even help. I thought I found a great place, but ended up feeling really frustrated with their support.
