Not the best
I ordered some cat litter online for delivery and it was delayed. Tried calling for help but couldn't get through. When it finally arrived, it was damaged. Super disappointed.

Keeps letting me down
Every time I go there, they seem to be out of the specific food brand I need. It’s really frustrating and I don’t think I can count on them anymore.

It's just okay
Pet Supplies Plus has what I need most of the time. But I wish they had better options for premium pet food. Just a bit underwhelming, honestly.

Disappointed this time

Unhappy With the Quality
I bought some toys for my cat and they broke within a week. Not happy with the quality at all. I expected better for my money. Won't recommend these.

Way too many issues
I bought a pet bed and it had a tear when I got home. Tried to return it, but the staff were unhelpful and made it a hassle. I doubt I’ll be back.
