Good Place Overall
Pet Supplies Plus is generally a nice store. I found what I needed most of the time, and the layout is easy to navigate. Just wish they had more employees on the floor to help out.

Terrible Customer Service
I had a horrible experience at Pet Supplies Plus. The staff was unhelpful when I asked about a certain type of dog food. They seemed annoyed and didn't even bother to check their stock. Will not be coming back!
