Service was lacking
Ordered my OnePlus Nord and it arrived late. Not the best experience. Support was a hassle to deal with.

Not happy, OnePlus...
The charger broke after just a month. Customer service took ages to help me out, and I’m really disappointed.

Bugs galore
Too many software bugs. The phone freezes frequently when I'm in apps. It’s frustrating.

Not great, but okay
Delivery was fast, thank goodness. The phone works fine but nothing too special. Still wouldn't recommend it to friends, though.

Frustrating experience
I had high hopes for my OnePlus 8T, but right off the bat, it felt sluggish during everyday tasks. And downloading apps is slower than my previous phone. Really think I should've gone for another brand.

Disappointed with OnePlus 10 Pro
I bought the OnePlus 10 Pro hoping for great performance, but it’s been a headache. The phone kept freezing and apps crash constantly. Customer support was completely unhelpful, taking days to respond. I’ve had better experiences with cheaper brands.
