It’s odd how hypes die hard. My new OnePlus phone has a decent camera but struggles during video recordings. It keeps jittering and the image quality is subpar. I expected more from them.

I wanted to give OnePlus a chance, but my experience was awful. I got the OnePlus 10 and it keeps getting hot while charging. Tried contacting support, but they just sent me generic replies. Can't believe I wasted my money.

So, I bought a OnePlus 9, and it started having battery issues within a month. I tried contacting customer service, but they were unresponsive and rude. Ended up taking it to a repair shop, which cost me a fortune. Not impressed at all.

Ordered my OnePlus Nord and it took forever to arrive, way longer than promised. When I finally got it, the screen had a weird glitch. Reached out to support and they basically ignored my issue. Really frustrated with this brand!

I bought the OnePlus 9 thinking it would last me all day. However, it barely lasts half a day with normal usage. I’ve tried battery saver modes and nothing helps. Plus, the cameras underperform for a phone this expensive. Just not happy at all.

The build quality of my OnePlus 8 is just awful. It feels cheap, and after a couple of drops, the screen cracked so easily. The repair costs were insane. Definitely regretting this purchase.

My OnePlus just died out of nowhere after a month. It won’t turn on, no response from the charger. Tried everything, even reaching out to support, but they just gave me the runaround. No thanks, I’m done!

Screen started glitching after a few weeks, I’m not sure if it's a software issue or hardware, but it’s super annoying. I want a refund, but they keep pushing me to wait. Very frustrated.

I expected more from the camera given the specs. Night mode is pretty bad with lots of noise and blurry images.

I was really excited when I bought the OnePlus 10, but it’s been nothing but trouble. The UI is clunky, battery drains too fast, and I’ve had multiple crashes. I feel like I got scammed into this purchase.
