Service was lacking

OnePlus is falling short
It’s odd how hypes die hard. My new OnePlus phone has a decent camera but struggles during video recordings. It keeps jittering and the image quality is subpar. I expected more from them.

Mixed feelings about OnePlus
Had the OnePlus 9 for a few months now. The battery life is decent but the software has a few glitches. Sometimes it just randomly crashes and that’s a bit annoying. But for the price, it's alright.

Frustrating experience
I wanted to give OnePlus a chance, but my experience was awful. I got the OnePlus 10 and it keeps getting hot while charging. Tried contacting support, but they just sent me generic replies. Can't believe I wasted my money.

Terrible customer service
So, I bought a OnePlus 9, and it started having battery issues within a month. I tried contacting customer service, but they were unresponsive and rude. Ended up taking it to a repair shop, which cost me a fortune. Not impressed at all.

Not great, but okay
Delivery was fast, thank goodness. The phone works fine but nothing too special. Still wouldn't recommend it to friends, though.

Solid performance
I switched to OnePlus a few months ago and I'm mostly satisfied. The speed is incredible and I love the interface. Just one thing, sometimes the software updates take a while to roll out. Still a good phone though!

Happy with My Purchase
Just got the OnePlus 9 Pro, and it feels premium. Battery lasts long and the fast charging is super handy. A little expensive, but I think it’s worth it.

Decent but not amazing
I got the OnePlus Nord a couple of months ago. It's nice for the price, but I've run into some app compatibility issues. The design is sleek though, so that's a plus.

Good but with flaws
Not too impressed with the OnePlus 10. The screen looks great, but sometimes the touch response feels off. It's usable, but I wouldn't say it's the best out there.

Not impressed
Ordered my OnePlus Nord and it took forever to arrive, way longer than promised. When I finally got it, the screen had a weird glitch. Reached out to support and they basically ignored my issue. Really frustrated with this brand!

Very happy with my OnePlus
I've been using the OnePlus 9 Pro and it's been awesome! Fast charging and smooth performance. The only thing I'd change would be better battery life, but still, a solid phone.
