Bad customer service
I had issues with a purchase and reaching out to customer service was a nightmare. They took forever to respond and didn’t end up helping at all. Such a terrible experience.

Mediocre app experience
Had some luck selling my old clothes but honestly it could be better. Sometimes the app lags and messages don’t go through. Also, it took too long for my items to get visibility.

Slightly better than others
Used OfferUp for selling sneakers and it worked out okay. The selling process was alright, but I did face some annoying hiccups with messaging. Overall, not terrible, but also far from great.

Frustrating experience overall
I had a bad time with OfferUp from the get-go. My order arrived late and in poor condition. When I reached out, the support team was slow to respond and didn’t help much. Selling my own items was even worse, as offers just dropped off. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Great App with a Few Hiccups
I've been using OfferUp for a while now and I really like the variety of items available. It's super easy to list things, but I've had a couple of buyers flake on me, which is frustrating.

Awful service
I purchased a laptop, and the seller ghosted me. OfferUp didn’t help, no support. I’m out $300 and still waiting.

Not worth it
I listed my old furniture, and it took forever to get responses. Even when I did, people just wanted to haggle way too low. I’m moving soon and just gave it away. Lost money.

Very disappointed

Never again!

Decent but lots of clunky parts
I appreciate that I can find cool items, but the app slows down too much. Listings don’t always show up right away. Bought a sofa that was in bad shape and the seller didn’t disclose it. I just expected more transparency.

Too Many Ghost Sellers

Very disappointed with OfferUp
I tried selling my old furniture through OfferUp and had a horrible time. My first buyer ghosted me, and then the second one tried to haggle way too low. It took me weeks to actually sell anything. Plus, the messaging system has issues half the time I didn’t even get notifications. I expected better.

Nothing but headaches

It's okay but needs work
The app works most of the time but there are plenty of glitches. I couldn’t complete my purchase because it kept crashing. Just needs better stability.
