Bad platform
OfferUp is full of fake listings and unreliable sellers. I tried to buy a bike, but the seller never responded. So much wasted time.

Scam alert!
I bought a phone for $200. Turns out it wasn't working at all. I contacted OfferUp, but no luck with getting a refund. Never using this again!

Wish I hadn’t used it
I found a nice dresser listed for $100, but the seller kept raising the price. The whole back-and-forth was exhausting. I gave up and went elsewhere.

Terrible experience!

Not worth the trouble
I thought it'd be easy to sell my old bike, but it was a mess. The first buyer flaked on me, and getting my money from the second was a headache. The app really needs improvements.

Bad customer service
I had issues with a purchase and reaching out to customer service was a nightmare. They took forever to respond and didn’t end up helping at all. Such a terrible experience.

Very disappointed

Never again!
Listing my item was easy, but it was all downhill after that. I got scammed by a buyer. No protection from OfferUp when things went south!

Very disappointed with OfferUp
I tried selling my old furniture through OfferUp and had a horrible time. My first buyer ghosted me, and then the second one tried to haggle way too low. It took me weeks to actually sell anything. Plus, the messaging system has issues half the time I didn’t even get notifications. I expected better.

Nothing but headaches
