I bought an MSI gaming laptop and the fan is so loud it’s unbearable. I reached out to them for support, but they just told me to update the BIOS. That didn’t help at all, and the battery life is a joke! I expected better quality for the price I paid.

My MSI motherboard failed after 1 year. The replacement process was so slow, I lost all my data. Really disappointed with their warranty policy. I expected better.
