Amazing customer service!

Good product, few issues
Got my MSI laptop and it’s been awesome for gaming. Navigation is smooth, but once in a while it freezes. Still, for the price, I’m happy overall.

Good buy for gamers

Reliable brand, decent support

Great value for money!
Recently got an MSI monitor for my setup, and I'm really pleased with the color accuracy and resolution. Just wish it came with better cables, but for the price, I can't complain.

A Lot of Issues
My gaming laptop started overheating after a few months. The performance dropped and it's frustrating because I expected better from MSI. Customer support wasn’t helpful either, took forever to diagnose the issues.

Try to Avoid MSI
I've owned an MSI laptop for just over a year now, and honestly, I'm regretting my choice. The performance has been erratic lately; it randomly shuts down during gaming sessions. The warranty support took ages to respond, and when they did, it felt like they didn’t want to help. At this point, I’d look for something more reliable next time, maybe a different brand. Disappointed, really.
