I've owned an MSI laptop for just over a year now, and honestly, I'm regretting my choice. The performance has been erratic lately; it randomly shuts down during gaming sessions. The warranty support took ages to respond, and when they did, it felt like they didn’t want to help. At this point, I’d look for something more reliable next time, maybe a different brand. Disappointed, really.
