Mixed Feelings
I like my new Kia, but the fuel efficiency isn’t what I thought it would be. It looked great on paper, but I’m filling up more than I expected. Overall, it's decent but could be better.

Mediocre experience
Overall, my Kia Forte works alright. I've had some connection issues with Apple CarPlay, which is annoying during drives.

Okay overall, but needs improvement
I’ve had my Kia Soul for about a year now. It’s fun to drive and looks cool, but I've had to go in for service a couple of times for minor issues. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly after just a few months, which was annoying. I expected more reliability for a new car.

Could improve customer service
I had to wait a long time at the service center for a simple oil change. The staff were nice but they seriously need to work on their timing.

Underwhelmed by the overall experience
I wanted to love my new Kia Niro, but the performance just isn't what I hoped for. It's fine for city driving but struggles on the highway.

Mixed feelings about my Kia
I got a Kia Forte last year and while it’s been reliable, I've had some annoyances. Sometimes the infotainment system freezes up, which is super frustrating. It’s a decent car for the price, but I wish it wasn’t so glitchy.

Just okay, needs improvement
My experience with the Kia dealership was just average. The staff were friendly, but it took longer than expected to finalize paperwork. I expected a smoother process.

Love my car, hate the screen freeze
Overall, I enjoy my Kia Carnival, but the touchscreen can be slow and unresponsive at times. Really takes away from the driving experience.

Not Perfect but Good
The car's performance is solid, but I had a couple of issues with the infotainment system freezing up a few times. Otherwise, I’m satisfied with the overall experience.

Just okay, not what I expected
I purchased a Kia Optima last year and while it looks good, I’m not super impressed with its performance. Sometimes, the engine feels sluggish, especially on the highway. I also had issues with the Bluetooth connectivity dropping sometimes, which is frustrating.

Decent but could be better
Just okay. It drives well but the A/C takes forever to cool down. It’s not a dealbreaker, but annoying during summer.

Good for commuting, not perfect
Got a Kia Rio mainly for commuting to work. It’s fuel-efficient and gets me where I need to go. However, I wish it had better sound insulation, because outside noise can be distracting on long rides. Not a bad car, just could use a few tweaks.

Not bad, not great either
Kia seems to be doing okay. I own a Kia Rio and while it gets me from point A to B, it feels a bit cheap inside. Could use some more premium touches.

Mixed feelings about the model
