Disappointed in Service

I recently bought a Kia and had high hopes. Unfortunately, the dealership's customer service was a letdown. They promised a call back about my financing options and never did. I expected better.

Service wasn’t great

I have to say I’m disappointed. I took my Kia in for a recall and had to wait over an hour! They said it would just be a quick service. Not impressed.

Disappointed with the service

Had issues with my Sorento and took it to the dealership. The service was slow and they seemed disinterested. It took them a week to fix a minor issue. Not what I expected.
